1. How do I figure out the best wagon for me - and how do I choose between wagons that seem similar?
This is a question we hear a lot. We have tried to put online the kinds of questions and answers we go through with customers to help you decide which wagon is right for you. First read through our guide to Picking our the Radio Flyer Wagon that is right for you. Then you can also check out our Comparison of the different models to compare the ones that seem a likely fit for you.
One way we tried to help customers sort out which wagon to pick is that we chose to carry only the best wagon when there were a number of similar wagons to choose from. That is why we only carry the #18 Classic Red Wagon from among the handful of red, steel basic wagons Radio Flyer makes. The #18 just offered the best combination of size, carrying capacity, quality of materials used, and price. By limiting our product catalog we hope to help you choose the best of the wagons available.

2. How quickly do the wagons ship and what is your money back guarantee? Also, what is the manufacturer's warranty on the wagons?
We generally ship our wagons out within 3 - 5 business days. If for any reason you don't just love your wagon, simply return it, no questions asked, for a full refund of your purchase price (you only pay for the return shipping). It doesn't matter if you have assembled the wagon and used it - the 30 trial applies regardless. And there are no restocking fees.
In addition, all wagons also come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If there is a problem within the first year, Radio Flyer will replace the parts during this time. After this time, replacement parts can be purchased directly through Radio Flyer. Their customer service number is 800 621 7613.

5. Are the wagons difficult to assemble - and do you offer the option of shipping the wagons fully assembled?
They really aren't that hard to put together. I put together our #24 Town and Country wagon in about an hour and a half with my 1 year old daughter draped around me half the time. I would guess it would have taken me an hour or so if I were working by myself. I would suggest reading the directions through first before trying to assemble the wagon. I kind of read the directions as I went along, and had a couple of misstarts that I had to go back and correct. If you have any problems with assembly, you can just give us a call and we'll be happy to help.
